The Cincinnati Chapter of the National Historical Railway Society (NRHS) was founded in 1970 and welcomes members from all over the Tri-State area and beyond.
The Chapter meets the Fourth Tuesday of each month at EnterTRAINment Junction in West Chester, OH where we also maintain our Archive and Library which is open to the public on most Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays year round.
The Cincinnati Chapter is a part of the 13,000 member worldwide NRHS which was founded in 1935 "to preserve steam and electric railway historical material; to secure data on the history of transportation; and to encourage rail transportation".
Each of the Chapter Meetings consists of a short business meeting and a presentation of a Railway related Historical subject. Generally this will be a slide show or video presentation by a chapter member or guest lecturer.
We invite all those interested in the History of Railroads to come join us for an evening of Railroad History among fellow enthusiasts.
